目的研究一种新型口腔常用器械光波消毒器的消毒效果。方法用载体定量杀菌实验和理化测定等方法,对ZJX-1型口腔常用器械光波消毒器进行消毒性能的实验室观察。结果该消毒器开机运行3 min内可将大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌完全杀灭,将HBV-DNA完全破坏,消毒合格率均达100.0%;5 min内可将枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭,消毒合格率达100.0%。启动消毒器运行1~5 min紫外线强度测定结果为885μW/cm2~2 000 W/cm2,温度测定结果为137~161℃,达到消毒技术规范标准。依照规范标准判断该消毒器累计运行72 h对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.000 0 mm/年,对铜、碳钢为中度腐蚀,腐蚀速率分别为0.113 3、0.294 5 mm/年,对铝为轻度腐蚀,腐蚀速率为0.055 2 mm/年。结论该新型口腔常用器械光波消毒器消毒效果达到消毒标准要求,能够达到与高温、高压灭菌同样效果,而且经济、方便,是一种实用性很强的口腔科消毒器械。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of a new oral cavity sterilizer. Methods The disinfection experiment of ZJX-1 oral cavity disinfection instrument was conducted in laboratory with the method of quantitative bactericidal test and physical and chemical determination. Results The sterilizer could kill Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans completely within 3 minutes after starting up the sterilizer. The complete destruction of HBV-DNA and the pass rate of disinfection reached 100.0% within 5 min. Bacillus subtilis black variant spores kill disinfection pass rate of 100.0%. The UV sterilizing power of the disinfector was 885μW / cm2 ~ 2 000 W / cm2 after 1 ~ 5 min and the temperature was 137 ~ 161 ℃, which reached the standard of disinfection technology. According to the normative standard, the sterilizer had no corrosion on stainless steel for a total of 72 h, the corrosion rate was 0.000 0 mm / year, moderate corrosion on copper and carbon steel, and the corrosion rates were 0.113 3 and 0.2294 5 mm / year respectively. Aluminum is lightly corroded and the corrosion rate is 0.055 2 mm / year. Conclusion The disinfection effect of the new common oral light disinfection disinfectant meets the disinfection standard requirements, can achieve the same effect as high temperature and high pressure sterilization, and is economical and convenient. It is a highly practical dental disinfection equipment.
