目的:观察虎茵汤对四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠急性肝损伤MDA、GSH-Px及SOD 的变化。方法:采用腹腔注射CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤为模型,联苯双酯作为阳性对照药物,测定高、低剂量的虎茵汤对肝损伤时MDA的含量,GSH-Px及SOD活性。结果:虎茵汤能够明显降低CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.01),提高GSH-Px、SOD活力(P<0.05)。说明虎茵汤对肝脏损伤具有明显的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of MDA, GSH-Px and SOD in acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in Hu Yin Tang. METHODS: Acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 was used as a model, and bifendate was used as a positive control drug to determine the content of MDA, GSH-Px and SOD activity during liver injury with high and low doses of Hu Yin Tang. Results: Hu Yin Tang could significantly reduce the content of MDA (P<0.01) and increase the activity of GSH-Px and SOD in liver tissue of CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury (P<0.05). It shows that Hu Yin Tang has obvious protective effect on liver damage.
