本文认为从政党的执政实践来看,影响其执政能力提升的一个重要因素是执政的基础环境,以此为视角来考察党内和谐与执政能力的关系具有很强的现实意义。 This paper argues that according to the ruling practice of political parties, one of the important factors that influence the improvement of its ability to govern is the basic environment of governing. From this perspective, it is of great realistic significance to examine the relationship between the harmony within the party and the ruling ability.
