(一) 1963年初,学校党支部和行政指出:必須以毛泽东思想作指导改革我們的教学工作。并且組織全体教师学习了《毛泽东同志論教育工作》,反复地学习了其中的教授法。但是由于我們学习毛主席著作的目的性不够明确,态度不够端正,方法不正确,不是通过毛主席著作的学习,改造自己的立場观点和思想方法,而是单純地寻找所謂改进教学的措施,因此就学不进去。在学习时还极其錯誤地认为毛主席的教授法沒有什么新內容,因而教学改革的步子跨不大。虽然在启发式和調查研究等方面下了一些工夫,也总結了經驗,但是教学工作中的主观主义、形式主义,作业重、考試多、課堂讲解呆板等現象依然存在,問題还是很多。学校党支部和行政根据存在的問題,于1963年下学期又再一次动員和組織我們大学毛主席著作,以毛主席著作为武器改造教师队伍。学校成立了領导小組,各教研組各班成立了毛主席著作学习小組,派了輔导員,全組老师响应了号召,认真地开展了毛主席著作
(a) At the beginning of 1963, the school party branch and the administration pointed out: We must use Mao Zedong Thought as a guide to reform our teaching work. And all the teachers of the organization have studied Comrade Mao Zedong’s education work and have repeatedly studied the teaching methods. However, due to the lack of clarity in the purpose of studying Chairman Mao’s writings, the lack of correctness, and the incorrect method, we did not seek to reform our own standpoints and ideological methods through Chairman Mao’s writings. Instead, we simply sought measures to improve teaching. Therefore, we cannot enter school. When studying, she was still extremely erroneous in thinking that Chairman Mao’s teaching method did not have any new content, and therefore the teaching reform process was not much of a step. Although some efforts have been made in heuristics, investigations, and research, lessons have also been summarized. However, the subjectivism, formalism, heavy work, examinations, and inflexibility in the classroom still exist. There are still many problems. Based on the existing problems, the school party branch and administration once again mobilized and organized the writings of Chairman Mao of the University in the next semester of 1963 and used Chairman Mao’s writings as weapons to transform the teaching staff. The school established a leading group. The teaching and research groups of each group established Chairman Mao’s writing team and sent counselors. The teachers of the entire group responded to the call and carefully carried out Chairman Mao’s writings.
