醋酸乙烯装置中乙醛精制系统运行非常不稳定,如馏出乙醛不合格、塔板被聚合物堵塞等,严重影响装置安全生产。为解决这些问题,对乙醛精制工艺进行了优化和改造。通过工艺分析调整了加料和中采位置,控制了加料p H和关键塔板温度。改造后运行结果,乙醛精制塔工艺稳定,馏出乙醛达到质量指标要求,提高了产品合格率,提升了装置稳定性。
Acetaldehyde plant in acetaldehyde refining system is very unstable, such as distillation of acetaldehyde unqualified, trays blocked by polymer, seriously affecting the safety of the device. In order to solve these problems, acetaldehyde refining process has been optimized and modified. Through the process analysis to adjust the feeding and mining position, control the feed p H and key tray temperature. As a result of the transformation, the acetaldehyde refining process is stable and the acetaldehyde is distilled off to meet the quality index requirements, the product qualification rate is improved and the stability of the device is improved.
