英语阅读是大学英语教学的重要组成部分,也是学生必须掌握的语言技能之一。然而,目前大学英语阅读教学中依然存在着诸多问题,如过于注重以技能为主的语言学习,忽视以内容为主的思维训练;教学内容单一枯燥;阅读技巧光说不练等。针对这些问题,提出了阅读教学应遵循的两项原则:语言学习与思维训练并重;阅读技巧和信息获取并存;并由此深入探讨了如何在阅读教学过程中通过任务设计实现这两项原则。
English reading is an important part of college English teaching and it is also one of the language skills students must master. However, there are still many problems in college English reading teaching, such as over-emphasis on skills-based language learning, neglect of content-based thinking training, single teaching content, light reading skills and so on. In order to solve these problems, two principles that should be followed in reading teaching are put forward: language learning and thinking training are equal; reading skills and information acquisition coexist; and then the two principles of task designing in reading teaching are discussed in depth.
