我国今年将大量生产25锰硅钢筋和16锰钢筋,供建筑工程使用。这两种钢筋的强度较高,用于钢筋混凝土结构,可以起到节约钢材和降低造价的效果。为了合理使用这两种钢筋,建筑工程部建筑科学研究院已组织有关单位进行系统的试验研究,以便尽快提出一个应用规程。在规程向未提出以前,为适应当前设计的需要,我们邀请有关部在北京的设计和科研单位举行了几次会议,讨论在钢筋混凝土结构设计中使用这两种钢筋的有关问题,并作了必要的验算和分析,现根据几次会议讨
This year, China will mass-produce 25 manganese silicon steel bars and 16 manganese steel bars for construction projects. The strength of these two kinds of reinforcement is higher, used in reinforced concrete structure, can play a saving steel and reduce the cost effect. In order to rationally use these two types of steel bars, the Building Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction Engineering has organized relevant units to conduct systematic experimental research so as to put forward an application procedure as soon as possible. Before the rules were proposed, in order to meet the needs of the current design, we invited relevant departments in Beijing’s design and research institutes to hold several meetings to discuss the issues concerning the use of these two kinds of reinforcing bars in the design of reinforced concrete structures.
