【摘要】目的:探討CO2弱激光局部照射减轻正畸治疗疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择60例固定矫治患者,激光照射组34例、对照组26例,使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价CO2激光局部照射在矫治初始弓丝放置后不同时间点患者的疼痛程度。结果:应用CO2弱激光局部照射组患者的正畸疼痛程度明显低于对照组患者。结论:CO2激光局部照射可以减轻固定矫治患者治疗过程中的疼痛。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of local CO2 laser irradiation on orthodontic pain for the patients with first arch wires.Methods: 60 patients wearing fixed appliance were included in this study, 34 patients accepted local CO2 laser irradiation and 26 patients as a control group.Patients were then instructed to rate their levels of pain on a visual analog scale over time.Results:The level of orthodontic pain in local CO2 laser irradiation group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion: Local CO2 laser irradiation will reduce pain associated with orthodontic force application.
