多数原发性肝癌(简称PHC)确诊后已属中晚期,适合手术或放射治疗者较少。国外报道1975年以前手术切除率为5.7～7％,我国1971～1982年为30.0％。多数病人需化学药物治疗。我科1977年3月～1988年5月采取多个联合化疗方案治疗82例PHC,近期疗效如下。
Most primary liver cancers (PHCs) are already in advanced stages after diagnosis, and fewer patients are suitable for surgery or radiation therapy. The rate of surgical resection before 1975 was 5.7 to 7% in foreign countries, and 30.0% in China from 1971 to 1982. Most patients require chemical drugs. In our department, from March 1977 to May 1988, we used multiple combination chemotherapy regimens to treat 82 cases of PHC. The short-term efficacy is as follows.
