刚领着这帮孩子进入第三个月,一些不安分的因子就开始活动了,上课声音多了,下课教室就像煮沸了,对于任课教师敢于指手画脚了。一天语文课上,突然发现当天的抄写作业有五分之四不合格,这让我顿时恼火不已,于是我一怒之下,罚了所有不合格的同学将此项作业抄写20遍。学生们反对无效后集体沉默了,我以为我成功地改变了他们原有的懒散的学习习惯,还想着如何使课堂变得更高效。
Just led the children into the third month, some restless factor began to activity, and more class voice, get out of class classrooms like boiling, dare to teach teachers for any teacher. One day in my class, I suddenly found that four-fifths of the copy-writing jobs on the day were unqualified. This made me suddenly irritated. So I furious and punished all unqualified students for copying the job 20 times. After the students opposed to invalid, the collective silence, I thought I successfully changed their original lazy learning habits, but also think of how to make the classroom more efficient.
