担任过小学班主任的老师,都有一种特别的感受,即既有成功的喜悦和自豪,又有失败的苦恼和自责。正反两方面的经验,使我深刻认识到,要做好小学班主任工作,首先,班主任自身要有一种凝聚力。这种凝聚力,就是一种潜在的吸引力,巨大的向心力和无形的感召力。在小学生的心目中,这种凝聚力既有母亲般的慈爱,又有榜样的影响,还有长辈那样的宽容和理解。有了这样的凝聚力,才容易吸引童心,雕塑灵魂,才能为建设好班集体提供有利条件。
As a teacher in charge of primary school, there is a special feeling that both the joy and pride of success, as well as the frustration and remorse of failure. Both positive and negative experience make me deeply realize that, to do the work of headmaster of primary school, firstly, the head teacher should have a kind of cohesion. This kind of cohesion is a kind of potential attraction, a huge centripetal force and an invisible charisma. In the minds of primary school students, this cohesive force has both motherly love and influence, as well as the tolerance and understanding of elders. With such cohesion, it is easy to attract innocence, sculpture soul, in order to build good class collective to provide favorable conditions.
