用NADPH黄递酶组织化学法观察了一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在大鼠脑干的分布。实验用Wister大鼠10只,常规灌注固定处理,取脑作冰冻连续切片,片厚40μm,间隔3张取1张。NADPH酶组织化学染色。结果表明:NOS阳性神经元主要分布于中脑和脑桥上部,延髓分布极少。在上丘浅灰质层(SUG)、中脑导水管周围灰质背外侧部(LDCG)、中缝背核(NRD)、被盖背外侧核(LDTDTg)、桥脚被盖核(PPTg)最为密集。其他部位如脚间核、上丘深灰质层、下丘,其它中缝核团以及脑干的网状结构也有少量分布。在脑干的运动核团和中脑导水管周围灰质的其它部分则未见分布。NOS神经元在脑干的分布提示,NO可能参与了脑干内多种功能的调节。
NADPH diaphorase histochemistry was used to observe the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in rat brainstem. Ten Wister rats were randomly divided into experimental group and normal group. NADPH enzymatic histochemical staining. The results showed that NOS positive neurons mainly distributed in the midbrain and the upper part of the pons, with little medulla oblongata. In the superior meridian SUG, LDCG, NRD, LDTDTg and PPTg were the most dense. Other parts, such as the intercostal nucleus, the superior colliculus, the inferior colliculus, inferior mesencephalic nuclei, and the brainstem reticular structure are also a small amount of distribution. No distribution was found in the motor nuclei of the brainstem and other parts of the gray matter around the midbrain ducts. The distribution of NOS neurons in the brain stem suggests NO may be involved in the regulation of multiple functions in the brainstem.
