经常有教师特别是青年教师,抱怨课堂上有学生不认真听讲或根本不听讲,也常有学生反映某老师讲的课根本听不懂或不愿听某老师的课。通常情况下,得到信息反馈的绝大多数家长和班主任老师总是很有耐心地甚至是不厌其烦地做这一部分学生的思想工作,教育或劝说这部分学生要“适应老师”。其实,作为教师,特别是常有怨言的教师,我们自己是否应该想想为什么有学生不好好听、或是不愿意听我们某些老师的课?为什么学生不欢迎自己?单纯是学生的问题吗?笔者认为,固然学生方面可能存在问题,但不应简单地归结为学生的问题而片面地要求学生来“适应老师”,也应该或更主要的是应该从我们教师自己身上来分析寻找原因。笔者以为,更主要的应该是提高我们教师的课堂教学业务水平,做受学生欢迎的教师,进而努力成为一代“名师”。
Teachers, especially young teachers, often complain that students in the classroom do not listen carefully or do not listen at all. It is also common for students to reflect that a teacher’s class does not understand or is not willing to listen to a teacher’s class. Usually, the overwhelming majority of parents and headteachers who receive information feedback are always patient and even patient in doing this part of the student’s ideological work, educating or persuading these students to “adapt to the teacher.” Actually, as teachers, especially teachers who often complain, should we think about why our students are not good at listening or are not willing to listen to the lessons of some of our teachers? Why do students not welcome themselves? Is it purely a question of students? The author believes that although students may have problems, they should not simply sum up to students’ problems and unilaterally require students to “adapt to teachers.” It should also, or more important, analyze the reasons for finding out from our teachers themselves. The author believes that the more important thing should be to improve the level of classroom teaching of our teachers, be teachers welcomed by students, and then strive to become a “famous teacher.”
