2吨锻锤的缸体材质为球墨铸铁,重3.2吨。我厂从1984年6月起就发现汽缸严重漏气,且沿缸体内壁往砧子上滴水,经检查发现是缸体的上端裂断(固定螺栓卸下来时就掉下两块)。经分析认为主要原因是由于缸体受力,产生向下位移,与固定螺栓相互作用而断裂。为了不影响生产,我们决定在不拆卸的情况下进行修复。通常,在焊接方法上,粘接与钎焊是作为单一焊接工艺应用于生产中。但是在修复2吨锻锤缸体时,我们是将粘接
