目前为社会提供服务的载体中最主要的是事业单位,这一项社会服务主要从事的是卫生、教学、科学、体育等活动,是政府设立的推动现代化经济建设的组织。在知识经济新时代的激烈竞争中,事业单位能否保持社会效益和经济效益的良性的可持续增长,主要靠的是人力资源,尤其是高素质的人力资源更为重要,人力资源重要性的认识得到充分的提高是非常重要的。随着社会主义经济社会的发展,人才竞争与日俱增,事业单位的发展和改革面临着越来越多的压力,一种重要的资源的生产要素人才得到更高一步的重视。人力资源管理中激励机制是主要的环节,是激发员工在事业单位积极工作的一种有效手段,但是随着社会经济的快速发展,事业单位的人力资源管理中,激励机制依然有一些问题存在,本文对激励机制在事业单位人力资源管理中的情况进行了研究和分析,阐述了激励机制在事业单位人力资源管理中的重大作用。
