目的对筛选出的几种杀虫剂复方加入消毒剂组成消毒杀虫剂复方,在试验室观察其对标准试虫的杀灭效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.2-2009用圆筒法测定喷射剂对3种标准试虫的击倒中时(KT50),根据GB/T 13917.10-2009,测试模拟现场试验结果。结果 12种复方制剂存放1 h、15 d、30 d、60 d对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的平均KT50值分别为7.4、4.92、4.47、5.10 min,2.5、2.49、2.67、2.95 min,5.88、4.24、4.12、4.28 min,达到快速击倒的要求;据配对的t检验结果推测,使用的消毒剂三氯异氰脲酸对淡色库蚊和德国小蠊的击倒起到了增效作用;模拟现场试验中,12种配方对3种试虫的1h击倒率和24h死亡率均为100%。结论 12种复配消毒杀虫剂配方均达到了快速杀灭蚊蝇和蟑螂的效果。

Conclusion All 12 kinds of compound disinfecting pesticide formulations have achieved the effect of quickly killing mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches.
