炎症在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起关键性作用,慢性炎症持续存在形成炎性微环境可促进肿瘤的发生发展。IL-37通过抑制免疫细胞、降低细胞因子的表达和阻断相关信号通路的激活等抑制炎症反应。在抑制肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、迁移、血管生成和相关信号通路的激活过程中,IL-37发挥重要作用。本文主要综述IL-37在肿瘤炎性微环境中的抗肿瘤作用,为肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。
Inflammation plays a key role in the development and progression of tumors. Chronic inflammation persists to form inflammatory microenvironment to promote the development of tumors. IL-37 inhibits the inflammatory response by inhibiting immune cells, decreasing the expression of cytokines and blocking the activation of related signaling pathways. IL-37 plays an important role in the inhibition of tumor proliferation, invasion, migration, angiogenesis and activation of related signaling pathways. This review summarizes the anti-tumor effect of IL-37 in the tumor inflammatory microenvironment and provides a new idea for the treatment of cancer.
