《■龙颜碑》立于南朝宋大明二年(公元458年),距今有1558年,比《■宝子碑》晚立53年。碑文追溯了■氏家族的历史,记述了■龙颜的事迹。《■龙颜碑》与《■宝子碑》同出于云南,时间相隔不久,艺术风格独特,被人们并称为“二”。《■龙颜碑》在高度、宽度上大于《■宝子碑》,故又称为“大■”。此碑楷书而饶有隶意,笔势雄劲,结体多变,转折处有使用圆转笔法,可窥见其 “■ Long Yan monument” stand in the Southern Song Dynasty Daming two years (AD 458), dating back to 1558, than the “Baos monument” stands 53 years later.
