我是—个农村初级中学的语文教师,在长期与农村的初中生接触中,深感他们语文的基础差,知识面窄,学习方法死.不少学生一进初中,在学习上就非常吃力,有的甚至产生厌学情绪,中途退学.如何改变这种现状呢?从八二年始,我根据我们学校的特点,针对农村学生的实行情况,在八五级开辟了语文第二课堂,几年的实践证明:第二课堂的开辟,对丰富学生的知识,培养学生的能力起了不小的作用.我的主要做法是:一、自愿投书,丰富课外阅读。我校是一所刚从小学分家的农村初级中学,设备简陋,条件极差.是开阔学生的视野,就首先要
I am a language teacher in a junior middle school in rural areas. I have been deeply touched by junior high school students in rural areas. I deeply feel that they have a poor foundation of Chinese language, narrow knowledge, and die of learning methods. Many students enter middle school and find it difficult to learn. Some have even developed a sense of tiredness and dropped out of school. How do we change this situation? From 1982 onwards, according to the characteristics of our school, I directed the practice of rural students and opened a second language classroom at the 85 level. Years of practice have proved that the development of the second classroom has played a significant role in enriching the students’ knowledge and cultivating their abilities. My main approach is: First, voluntary investment and enrichment of extracurricular reading. Our school is a rural junior high school that has just separated from primary school. It is poorly equipped and in very poor condition. It is the vision of students.
