三年试验研究结果证明:黄鳝可通过人工繁殖扩大鳝苗来源。用绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、促黄体素释放激素类似物（LRH-A）及HCG加鲤鱼脑下垂体的混合剂等作人工催产的催产率、采用人工挤卵干法授精法受精率、用静水孵化方式的孵化率均在50％以上。黄鳝的最佳繁殖季节在5～7月。鳝苗的成活率为75～95％。
Three years of experimental research results show that: eel eel seedlings can be expanded by artificial breeding. The rates of oxytocin induced by HCG, LRH-A and HCG plus carp pituitary were artificially induced by artificial squeezing, , With the hatching rate of still water hatching method are more than 50%.
