以市场保有量最大的一款平地机的蜗轮箱为研究对象,选择平地机刮原生土为典型工况,测试平地机蜗轮箱的载荷谱。在时域、频域上对载荷谱信号进行预处理,基于雨流计数法对载荷谱进行统计,选用里程外推法和Goodman模型修正法得出了可在试验台上进行可靠性试验的蜗轮箱16级程序载荷谱,为蜗轮箱的疲劳寿命估计、疲劳寿命试验台设计、疲劳寿命试验研究等提供了数据支持。
