蕈蚊是食用菌生产上的重要害虫之一,为有效控制食用菌迟眼蕈蚊的为害,筛选出防控效果较好的生物农药和高效、低毒的化学农药,在室内开展了1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、1%苦参碱可溶液剂、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油和22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂5种杀虫剂对食用菌迟眼蕈蚊的毒力测定。结果表明,供试药剂中的苦参碱对迟眼蕈蚊的毒力最高,LC_(50)为9.781 mg/L,其次是阿维菌素和螺虫乙酯,LC_(50)分别为19.806 mg/L和60.578 mg/L;除虫菊素和高效氯氰菊酯的毒力最低。
Mushroom mosquito is one of the important pests in the production of edible fungi.
