采用多种实验方法,对喷射成形SiC颗粒(SiCp)增强Al-Mg基复合材料的性能与组织进行了研究。结果表明,实验用材料中,SiCp分布不均匀,大部分集中于晶界上;并存在较严重的缩孔,它们是导致材料性能降低的主要原因。
A variety of experimental methods were used to study the properties and microstructure of Al-Mg-based composites reinforced by injection-molded SiC particles (SiCp). The experimental results show that SiCp is not uniformly distributed in the experimental materials, and most of the SiCp is concentrated on the grain boundaries. And there are more serious shrinkage cavities, which are the main reasons for the decrease of the material properties.
