借助计算流体力学(CFD)方法对平流沉淀池进行流场模拟,通过对比分析特征截面上的速度分布云图考察不同入口流水速度时池内的水流分布特征。研究发现,较大的入口流速不利于实现沉淀池内的均匀布水,同时建议设计时可利用CFD模拟来找出穿孔墙上速度较小区域,并依靠安装于过渡区的导流挡板来引导絮凝池来水流向这些区域,以改善布水的均匀性。
The CFD method was used to simulate the flow field in the advection settling pond. The velocity distribution in the characteristic cross section was compared and analyzed to investigate the distribution of water flow in the pool at different inlet velocities. The study found that a larger inlet flow rate is not conducive to achieving uniform water distribution in the sedimentation tank. It is also suggested that CFD simulations be used in the design to find small areas on the perforation wall and be guided by a guide baffle installed in the transition zone Flocculation pool water flow to these areas, in order to improve the uniformity of water distribution.
