面对国内经济发展新常态和建筑行业新一轮改革态势,正太集团坚持“集约化、专业化、国际化、信息化”经营发展战略,继续坚持调整和优化现有产业结构。建立科学的改革发展方向,包括产权制度改革、生产组织方式变革、经营管理方式变革、人力资源管理理念变革,这些改革的实施,从根本上解决企业自身发展的突出问题。正太集团现已成功进行了产权制度改革,公有股权分两次全部退出,企业建立了规范的法人治理结构,为公司今后的发展扫清了体制上的障碍。
Faced with the new normalization of domestic economic development and the new round of reform in the construction industry, Zhengtai Group insisted on its business development strategy of “intensive, professional, international and informatization” and continued to readjust and optimize its existing industrial structure. The establishment of a scientific direction of reform and development, including the reform of property rights system, production and organizational change, changes in management style, changes in human resources management concepts, the implementation of these reforms to fundamentally solve the outstanding problems of their own development. Zhengtai Group has successfully carried out the reform of the property rights system, and all public shares have been withdrawn in two separate phases. The establishment of a standardized corporate governance structure has cleared the institutional barriers to the company’s future development.
