全员绩效管理已经成为我国现行企业管理中的重要组成部分。供电企业在改革发展过程中,也充分认识到全员绩效管理所起到的重要作用和所处的重要地位。本文首先对绩效以及绩效管理概念进行简单的分析,并针对目前我国供电企业绩效管理所出现的问题,提出了一些相对应的改善措施和对策。
Full performance management has become an important part of our current business management. Power supply enterprises in the process of reform and development, but also fully aware of the full performance management has played an important role and the important position. Firstly, this paper simply analyzes the concepts of performance and performance management, and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures in light of the current problems in the performance management of China’s power supply enterprises.
