在榆林地区典型风积砂地层中开展了碎石桩复合地基载荷试验,通过试验对碎石桩有效桩长及承载力等方面进行了探索性研究。通过试验得到天然地基临塑荷载为128kPa,极限荷载320kPa;碎石桩单桩临塑荷载为1019.2kPa,极限荷载不小于3312.4kPa;桩间土临塑荷载为318kPa,极限荷载1590kPa;复合地基临塑荷载为535kPa,极限荷载不小于2072kPa;除此之外,在本文试验条件下,碎石桩的有效桩长可达8m左右,但上部荷载则主要由4m以上桩体承担。本文的有关结论为该区振冲砂桩复合地基的设计和施工提供了十分重要的参考依据。
The load test of gravel pile composite foundation is carried out in the typical aeolian sand stratum in Yulin area. The effective pile length and bearing capacity of the stone column are explored through experiments. The experimental results show that the plastic loading of natural foundations is 128 kPa and the ultimate load is 320 kPa. The ultimate plastic loading of the gravel pile is 1019.2 kPa and the ultimate load is not less than 3312.4 kPa. The plastic load between the piles is 318 kPa and the ultimate load is 1590 kPa. Plastic load is 535 kPa and ultimate load is not less than 2072 kPa. In addition, under this test condition, the effective pile length of the gravel pile can reach about 8 m, but the upper load is mainly borne by the pile body of 4 m or more. The relevant conclusions of this paper provide a very important reference for the design and construction of sand-shaking pile composite foundation in this area.
