目的建立化妆品中甲醛的顶空气相色谱测定法。方法采用DB-Wax毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm),用FID检测器,化妆品中甲醛经硫酸钠溶液提取后进行顶空气相色谱法测定。结果在10~100 mg/L的线性范围内,所得甲醛的线性回归方程为y=85.93x+547.5,相关系数为0.999 0。该方法的检出限为7.2μg/g,回收率为96.6%~101.0%,RSD为3.74%~4.15%。结论该方法具有分析时间短、操作便捷、灵敏度高、结果准确的优点,适用于化妆品中甲醛的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics by headspace gas chromatography. Methods DB-Wax capillary column (30m × 0.53mm, 1.0μm) was used to determine the formaldehyde in cosmetics by sodium fluoride solution with FID detector after headspace gas chromatography. Results The linear regression equation of formaldehyde was y = 85.93x + 547.5 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0 within the linear range of 10-100 mg / L. The detection limit of the method was 7.2μg / g, the recovery was 96.6% ~ 101.0%, RSD was 3.74% ~ 4.15%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of short analysis time, convenient operation, high sensitivity and accurate results. It is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics.
