本文以大鼠肾上腺内维生素C及胆固醇含量减少作为下丘脑—腺垂体—肾上腺皮质轴(HPAA)兴奋的指标,观察甘草对HPAA的影响,进一步探讨甘草的糖皮质激素样作用机制。实验表明,1ml/100g甘草煎剂灌胃1次/天,连续三天,大鼠肾上腺维生素C及胆固醇含量明显减少,P<0.01,并对抗地塞米松对HPAA的抑制作用,显示甘草对HPAA的兴奋作用。在去垂体或腹腔注射40mg/kg戍巴比妥钠大鼠中,甘草的对HPAA的兴奋作用被倒转,表明其促皮质激素样作用还是通过HPAA而实现的。在甘草煎剂剂1ml/100g,3次/天、连续灌胃3天,维生素C,胆固醇含量并不碱少,相当于地塞米松组。提示甘草煎剂在不同剂量时对大鼠HPAA的作用呈双相性。本实验表明甘草的糖皮质激素样作用不能排除甘草对HPAA兴奋的结果。
In this paper, the content of vitamin C and cholesterol in the adrenal of rats was used as an index of excitability of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical axis (HPAA) to observe the effect of licorice on HPAA and to further explore the glucocorticoid-like mechanism of licorice. Experiments show that 1ml / 100g licorice root decoction once a day, for three consecutive days, adrenal vitamin C and cholesterol levels were significantly reduced, P <0.01, and dexamethasone against HPAA inhibition showed that licorice HPAA Excitement effect. In the pituitary or intraperitoneal injection of 40 mg / kg sodium pentobarbitol, the effect of licorice on HPAA was reversed, indicating that its corticosteroid-like effect was still achieved by HPAA. In the licorice decoction 1ml / 100g, 3 times / day, continuous gavage for 3 days, vitamin C, cholesterol content is not less alkali, equivalent to the dexamethasone group. Tip licorice decoction at different doses on rat HPAA biphasic effect. This experiment shows that licorice glucocorticoid-like effect can not rule out the excitement of licorice HPAA results.
