对４７１例癫痫大发作持续状态患者的药物治疗进行了回顾性研究。运用模糊数学理论，建立药物与疗效的模糊关系，揭示药物与疗效间量化规律。先计算出每种药物的隶属度，进而计算出每种药物的疗效征值。根据隶属度和疗效特征值评判了四组病例不同用药疗效的结果。
A retrospective study of 471 patients with persistent epileptic seizures was conducted. The fuzzy mathematics theory is used to establish the fuzzy relationship between drugs and curative effects and to reveal the rules of quantification between drugs and curative effects. First calculate the membership of each drug, and then calculate the efficacy of each drug sign. According to the degree of membership and efficacy of eigenvalue evaluation of the results of four groups of different drug efficacy.
