研究了珍珠粉对心脏的作用。结果表明，水溶性珍珠粉能提高心耳收缩力；对心耳的基础张力低浓度时抑制，高浓度时增加；不影响心律。普通珍珠粉对以上三种指标主要表现为抑制．两者均不能减缓乌头碱诱发的心律失常的发生，但水溶性珍珠粉能加快心律失常后窦性节律的恢复。
The effect of pearl powder on the heart was studied. The results showed that the water-soluble pearl powder can improve the atrial and ear contraction force; the basic tension of the atrial appendage is inhibited at a low concentration, and increased at a high concentration; does not affect the heart rate. Ordinary pearl powder on the above three indicators is mainly inhibited. Both do not slow the occurrence of aconitine-induced arrhythmias, but water-soluble pearl powder can accelerate the recovery of sinus rhythm after arrhythmia.
