分析了抗根腐病突变系和抗赤霉病突变系的过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶等同工酶及其活性的变化,测定了优质突变系的麦谷蛋白亚基组成,研究了毒素或病原菌作用下抗病突变系细胞超微结构和细胞表面糖蛋白层的变化。结果表明,在毒素作用下不仅抗病突变系过氧化物同工酶的谱带数、谱带强度发生了变化,而且总活性也明显提高;超氧化物歧化酶的活性也有不同程度的增加; 抗病突变系叶片细胞超微结构的破坏程度比亲本轻。在病原菌作用下,抗病突变系内颖细胞表面的糖蛋白层较亲本厚、消失速度较亲本慢。这些特征与它们的抗病性相一致。优质突变系具有特殊的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基。
