患者,女性,59岁。以反复右面、颈部肌肉抽动23年入院。诊断为右面肌痉挛。查体:右眼周围、面颊、口角等整个半侧面部肌肉及右颈部呈不自主的痉挛性抽动,入睡后消失。面、颈部皮肤感觉正常,神经系统及内科检查无阳性体征。采用右面神经阻滞疗法,取乳突前缘和外耳孔后缘之间稍下方进针,垂直向内向上推进1.5～2cm,针尖即达颈乳孔下方,同时患者感觉耳内疼痛,回吸无血即注入2％利多卡因5ml,Vit B_1100mg,
