2002年1月25～27日,水利部在北京召开了《黄河近期重点治理开发规划》(以下简称《规划》)专家审查会。参加会议的有中国工程院部分院士和国家防汛抗旱总指挥部办公室、国家计委宏观经济研究院、中国国际工程咨询公司、中国水电科学研究院、水电规划研究总院、清华大学、水利部有关司局及黄河水利委员会等单位的专家和代表共计70余人。会议成立了《规划》审查专家组,听取了黄河水利委员会关于《规划》的汇报,对《规划》送审稿及其附件进行了认真的讨论和审议。专家组基本同意该《规划》,主要审查意见如下:
From January 25 to January 27, 2002, the Ministry of Water Resources held an expert review meeting in “The Key Management and Development Plan of the Yellow River in the Near Future” (hereinafter referred to as “Planning”) in Beijing. Some academicians attended the meeting, including some academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office, the State Planning Commission Macroeconomic Research Institute, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, China Hydropower Research Institute, Hydropower Planning and Research Institute, Tsinghua University, Ministry of Water Resources Bureau and the Yellow River Conservancy Commission and other units of experts and representatives of a total of more than 70 people. The meeting set up a “planning” review expert group, listened to the Yellow River Conservancy Commission on “planning” of the report, “draft” review and its attachments were seriously discussed and considered.
