前部视网膜冷凝术治疗18例21眼玻璃体积血,随机选16例19眼作对照,随访16~24个月。手术组术后1个月内积血吸收、视力改善均优于术前及对照组(P<0.01),呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。未诊时两组积血均吸收,手术组仍优于对照组(P<0.01);半年时视力变化与术前玻璃体内纤维增殖有关,术前纤维增殖不显著者视力较术前、对照组及增殖显著者均有提高;再次出皿、虹膜红变发生率手术组低于对照组(P<0.05);玻璃体纤维增殖加重率两组统计学上差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明视网膜冷凝术能加速玻璃体积血清除,尤其适用于因玻璃体积血不能施行视网膜光凝者。
Anterior retinal condensation was used to treat vitreous hemorrhage in 18 patients (21 eyes). Twenty-six patients (19 eyes) were randomly selected as controls and followed up for 16-24 months. The intraoperative blood loss and visual acuity within one month after operation in the operation group were significantly better than those in the preoperative and control groups (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation (P <0.001). No hemoptysis in both groups were absorbed, the surgical group is still better than the control group (P <0.01); six months of visual acuity and preoperative vitreous fiber proliferation related to preoperative fiber proliferation was significantly less visual acuity than preoperative, (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) .05). Show that retinal condensation can accelerate the vitreous clearance, especially for those who can not be due to vitreous hemorrhage retinal photocoagulation.
