目的了解各省(自治区、直辖市,未包括香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)2013年全国儿童预防接种日(National Children’s Immunization Day,NCID)和世界肝炎日(World Hepatitis Day,WHD)宣传活动开展情况,促进免疫规划宣传工作的发展。方法对各省NCID和WHD宣传活动开展问卷调查。结果国家级为NCID征集主题和口号,开展幼儿绘画作品征集活动;在WHD活动中,开展相关新闻报道、在线访谈和微访谈。在NCID和WHD宣传活动中,各省视频类宣传主要利用繁华区大型电子显示器滚动屏,分别为221 222次和13 866次;平面类宣传主要是横幅/标语/展板,分别为247 756次和74 718次;在宣传活动中现场设咨询点为主要方式,分别设42 527个和24 583个;电台广播和乡村广播亦是宣传活动的主要方式;分别下发2157万份和864万份宣传单。结论各省在NCID和WHD均开展形式多样的宣传活动,但免疫规划宣传缺乏部门协作,宣传形式单一。建议免疫规划宣传应统一规划,加强人员培训和及时开展效果评估。
Objectives To understand the 2013 National Children’s Immunization Day (NCID) and World Hepatitis Day (WHD) campaigns in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities, excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) Carry out the situation and promote the development of the publicity and immunization program. Methods Conduct a questionnaire survey of NCID and WHD campaigns across provinces. Results National NCID solicited themes and slogans to carry out early childhood drawing works solicitation activities; in the WHD activities, to carry out the relevant news reports, online interviews and micro-interviews. In the NCID and WHD publicity campaigns, the video-type publicity campaigns in various provinces mainly used the large electronic displays in the downtown area to scroll screens, 221 222 and 13 866 respectively. The main types of flat-panel advertisements were banners, slogans and panels of 247 756 and 74 respectively 718 times. In the promotional activities, there were 42,527 and 24,583 telephone counseling points on site. Radio and village radio were also the major promotional activities. 21.57 million and 8.64 million leaflets were distributed respectively . CONCLUSIONS The provinces have carried out a variety of promotional activities in both NCID and WHD. However, there is a lack of departmental collaboration and publicity in immunization programs. Proposed immunization program should be unified planning publicity, strengthening personnel training and timely assessment of the effectiveness.
