当前的江苏语文高考,将作文考试的要求分为基础等级和发展等级。在二轮的作文训练中,如何能够使每位考生拿到基础等级分,又如何引导部分考生能够灵活运用各种文体,注重理性和情感的个性化表达,从而争取到发展等级分,这是广大高三一线语文教师亟须解决的问题。笔者认为,因材施教、分层教学可以帮助不同层次的学生共同进步,从而最大限度地缩小学生之间的差别。那么,如何进行分层教学呢?一、目标的共性和差异性
