研究如何变革高职院校办公室人力资源管理,已显得尤为重要和迫切。本文提出了高职办公室人力资源管理变革思路及对策,首先更新人力资源管理的观念,健全人力资源管理的薪酬激励机制和全面实施绩效管理。
How to change the human resource management in higher vocational colleges has become more and more important and urgent. This paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of human resources management reform in higher vocational office. First, it updates the concept of human resources management, improves the salary incentive mechanism of human resources management and fully implements performance management.
