针对我国高职院校教师绩效管理体系建设现状及存在的主要问题,立足绩效管理的基本原理及方法,结合常州工程职业技术学院教师绩效管理体系建设实践与研究成果,力图构建具有我国高职教育特色、适应我国高职院校发展需要的教师绩效管理体系。
In view of the status quo and existing problems of teacher performance management system in higher vocational colleges in our country, based on the basic principles and methods of performance management, combined with the practice and research results of teacher performance management system in Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology, Characteristics, to meet the needs of the development of China’s higher vocational education teacher performance management system.
