新课程要求对学生的评价要从重视结果转变到重视过程中来,让对学生物理学业成绩的评价过程变成对学生的教育促进过程,鼓励自我超越,不断进步发展。我们教师要根据物理课程标准,对学生采取多元的评价模式,引导学生从分数转移到关注自身发展上来。一、多元化考试与评价对于物理考试,我们强调小考,分阶段进行,让学生在很短的时间内集中精力完成考试,让考试不再成为负担,像做作业一样轻松。我们允许学生免考,允许学生通过相互出题,合作考试,允许学生对自己的考试不理想申请重考,让学生考到自己满意的物理成绩,这样能使学生获得成功体验,激发学生学习动力。
The new curriculum requires that the assessment of students should shift from focusing on results to emphasizing the process so as to make the assessment process of students’ academic achievements into an educational promotion process for students, encouraging self-transcendence and continuous improvement. According to the standards of physics curriculum, our teachers should adopt a multi-evaluation mode for students to guide students to shift their score to focus on their own development. I. Diversified Examinations and Assessment For physical exams, we emphasize quizzes in stages, allowing students to focus their exams in a short period of time so that exams no longer become a burden, as easily as homework. We allow students to exempt from exams and allow students to apply for re-examination of their exams by allowing them to pass exams and collaborations. This will allow students to test their satisfaction with physical achievements so that students can gain a successful experience and motivate students to learn.
