小A发言: 我是属于羞涩的空想家那一类的,我更喜欢自己一个人抱着洋娃娃玩,为防止空想时脂肪悄悄地蓄积到小腹部,我的绝招是和大自然交朋友,早晨散步或者骑自行车。骑车或走路每周至少要做3次,每次不少于35分钟,偶尔也要尝试一下走45分钟的路。当然,没必要走得很快或者跑起来,保持一份休闲的运动状态就足够了。第二个绝招是少吃晚餐,也没必要吃得太少。但如果晚餐吃得过多,那么小腹部的肉永远都不会消失,面食和甜食会刺激脑下垂体的内分泌,使新陈代谢变得缓慢,还是避开为好。小B发言:
