社区矫正在我国历经了9年的试点,期间出现了各富特色的执行、管理及监督机制。尤其是执行主体多样化使得社会力量参与社区矫正的途径增多,矫正效果得以保障和提高。社区服务中心作为其中一个重要的角色,自身特色及比较优势逐渐显现。在分析其运作中的不足并加以完善之后,可以发挥更大的作用。 Community correction in our country after 9 years of pilot, appeared during the rich characteristics of the implementation, management and supervision mechanism.
