目的:了解我院2011年1月-2015年5月脑脊液标本的细菌培养和药敏试验情况。方法:回顾性分析353例革兰染色阳性的脑脊液标本的细菌培养和药敏试验结果。结果:353例脑脊液革兰染色阳性标本中,培养阳性标本348份,培养阳性率98.5%;其中革兰氏阳性菌236份占67.82%,革兰氏阴性菌105份占30.17%,真菌7份占2.01%;革兰氏阳性菌中以万古霉素和利奈唑胺药物敏感性最强,革兰氏阴性杆菌中以亚胺培南药物敏感性最强。结论:我院从脑脊液标本中检出的病原菌以革兰氏阳性菌为主,并对万古霉素和利奈唑胺有极强的敏感性,本次研究为中枢神经系统感染的经验用药提供一定的参考。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the bacterial culture and susceptibility testing of cerebrospinal fluid in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2015. Methods: The bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test results of 353 Gram-positive cerebrospinal fluid samples were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 353 CSF positive samples, 348 were positive for culture, with a positive rate of 98.5%. Among them, 236 were Gram-positive bacteria, 67.82% Gram-positive bacteria, 105 were Gram-negative bacteria, 30.17% Accounting for 2.01%; Gram-positive bacteria with vancomycin and linezolid drug the most sensitive, Gram-negative bacilli imipenem drug most sensitive. Conclusion: The pathogenic bacteria detected in cerebrospinal fluid specimens of our hospital are mainly Gram-positive bacteria, and are extremely sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.
