放射性标记的微胃泌素(MG)及类似物可与在多种肿瘤组织中过度表达的胃泌素受体特异性地结合,从而诊断和治疗胃泌素受体阳性肿瘤。本研究应用国内生产的177Lu标记微胃泌素类似物DOTA-H2MG11(化学结构如图1所示),并采用快速薄层色谱法(ITLC)对177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11的标记率和放化纯度进行分析,研究建立了Sep-PakC18反相萃取柱纯化177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11的方法,对177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11的体外稳定性及在正常小鼠和荷瘤裸鼠体内的分布进行了评价。实
Radioactively labeled micro-gastrin (MG) and analogs specifically bind to gastrin receptors that are overexpressed in a variety of tumor tissues to diagnose and treat gastrin-positive tumors. In this study, a domestic production of 177Lu-labeled micro-gastrin DOTA-H2MG11 (chemical structure shown in Figure 1) was applied and the labeling rate and radiochemical purity of 177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11 were determined by rapid thin layer chromatography (ITLC) The method of purifying 177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11 by Sep-PakC18 reversed-phase extraction column was established. The stability of 177Lu-DOTA-H2MG11 in vitro and its distribution in normal and tumor-bearing nude mice were evaluated. real
