目的建立持续稳定的高尿酸及尿酸性肾损害大鼠模型。方法采用高酵母饮食加氧嗪酸钾高、中、低3个剂量灌胃,观察实验前后大鼠摄食的变化,测定大鼠血尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)水平的变化,并行肾脏病理观察。结果高、中剂量组血尿酸升高,高剂量组饮食减少较为显著(P<0.01),高剂量组肾脏损害严重。结论中剂量组作为高尿酸血症动物肾损害模型较为合适。
Objective To establish a sustained and stable rat model of high uric acid and uric acid nephropathy. Methods High-yeast diet plus oxonic acid potassium was administered intragastrically at high, medium and low doses. The changes of food intake before and after the experiment were observed. The levels of serum UA, BUN and Cr were measured. The changes were observed in parallel with renal pathology. Results The levels of serum uric acid were increased in high and middle dose groups, while the decrease in high dose group was more significant (P <0.01). The renal damage in high dose group was severe. Conclusion The middle-dose group is more suitable as a model of renal damage in hyperuricemia.
