运用实地考察、文献考证、理论辨析的方法,对宁波市体育休闲旅游的现状进行微观分析与总体把握。宁波发展体育休闲产业存在诸如资金渠道有限、管理人才匮乏、专业人员业务素质普遍不高和产品种类有待开发等问题,针对这些问题提出了宁波发展体育休闲旅游产业的思路与对策:吸引国内外资本、培养休闲旅游高级人才、提高从业人员素质和立足宁波旅游资源,开发旅游精品等具体策略。 Using the methods of field investigation, literature research and theoretical analysis, this paper makes a microscopic analysis and overall grasp of the present situation of Ningbo sports leisure travel. The development of sports and leisure industry in Ningbo has such problems as limited capital channels, lack of management personnel, generally low professional qualifications and product categories to be developed. In view of these issues, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures for developing sports leisure and tourism industry in Ningbo: attracting domestic and foreign capital , Cultivate high-level talents for leisure and tourism, improve the quality of employees and establish a tourism strategy based on Ningbo tourism resources.
