一、半年来劳资争议的概况:(1)本年一至六月份共受理争议案件五五二件,其中解雇二二四件,工资九五件,劳动纪律七○件,要求复工五一件,要求改善福利待遇五五件,执行契约争议十四件,不执行工会法十件,其他三三件。经调处后,自行和解者一三八件,调处解决者三一七件,移交仲裁者六件,转送法院者二十三件,尚未解决者六十四件,移交其他部门处理者四件。
