国家经济新常态的提出,标志着我国社会经济发展进入新的历史阶段。由经济结构调整带来的企业制度、人事管理的变革,成为当前企业发展的必要环节。交通运输业作为我国的支柱性产业,发展时间悠久,企业制度成型早,改革惯性大,这使得交通运输企业特别是其在人力资源管理上面临新的挑战。因此本文通过对当前企业的人力资源管理面临的变化进行分析,并在此基础上探究其发展趋势。
The proposal of a new normal of the country’s economy marks that our country’s social and economic development has entered a new historical stage. The change of the enterprise system and personnel management brought about by the economic restructuring has become an essential part of the current enterprise development. As a pillar industry in our country, the transportation industry has a long development period, the early formation of the enterprise system and the large inertia of the reform. This makes the transportation enterprises especially face new challenges in human resources management. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current changes in the human resources management of enterprises, and on this basis, to explore its development trend.
