微表处混合料破乳成型以后,改性乳化沥青残留物的性质是影响道路质量的重要因素,因此,乳液残留物性能的检验是世界各国共同关注的问题。汇总分析了大量国内外相关文献及技术标准,并对几种改性乳化沥青的性能及微表处混合料的路用性能进行了试验研究,结果表明:我国规范对于改性乳化沥青残留物的检验项目偏少,难以对乳液质量起到有效的控制作用;残留物的弹性恢复、粘韧性及韧性、60℃动力粘度指标与微表处的路用性能具有良好的相关性。残留物的粘韧性及韧性指标越高,微表处混合料低温抗裂性能就越好,弹性恢复能力越强,动力粘度越大,微表处混合料的抗车辙能力越强。建议我国将弹性恢复、动力粘度、粘韧性、韧性等技术要求逐步列入相关规范。
After the micro-surfacing mixture is demulsified, the properties of the modified emulsified asphalt residue are important factors affecting the road quality. Therefore, testing the properties of emulsion residues is a common concern in all countries in the world. A large number of domestic and foreign related literatures and technical standards are summarized and analyzed. The properties of several modified emulsified asphalt and the road performance of the micro-surfacing mixture are studied. The results show that our country’s norms for the modified emulsified asphalt residue Test items are too few, it is difficult to play an effective role in the control of the emulsion quality; Residual elastic recovery, tack and toughness and toughness, 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity index and road performance at the micro-table has a good correlation. The higher the viscidity and toughness of the residue, the better the low temperature crack resistance of the micro-surfacing mixture, the stronger the elastic recovery ability and the greater the dynamic viscosity, the stronger the anti-rutting ability of the micro-surfacing mixture. It is suggested that our country will be flexible recovery, dynamic viscosity, viscosity and toughness, toughness and other technical requirements gradually included in the relevant norms.
