目的了解肿瘤患者呼吸道感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况,为肿瘤患者的抗感染治疗提供依据。方法对389例肿瘤患者痰标本培养及药敏结果进行分析。结果389例肿瘤患者痰标本检出病原菌483株,其中G-杆菌占55.90%,G+球菌占15.11%,假丝酵母菌属占28.99%,5种主要致病菌对常用抗菌药物存在不同程度耐药。结论对肿瘤患者的抗感染治疗,临床上应重视病原菌的菌谱及耐药问题,合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in respiratory tract infections in cancer patients and provide basis for anti-infection treatment in cancer patients. Methods 389 cases of cancer patients sputum culture and drug susceptibility results were analyzed. Results Among the 389 tumor samples, 483 strains of pathogens were detected in the sputum samples, accounting for 55.90% for G-bacteria, 15.11% for G + bacteria and 28.99% for Candida, and the five main pathogenic bacteria were resistant to commonly used antibiotics medicine. Conclusion Anti-infective therapy for cancer patients should pay more attention to the spectrum and drug resistance of pathogens in clinic, and make rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
